The Unknown is the story of a Daedalus Bardin and what happens to him. The story shall slowly unfold, and you will soon learn who he is, what he's doing, and what's after him. There will be many questions, but there shall also be many answers. This is supposed to be creepy, and action-y, so get ready! Every several days I shall be adding new parts to this story. I can't wait for chapters VII, VIII, IX, X, XI etc." -dawesbr --------------------- Act II ------------------------------------------ The story starts off with the main character, Daedalus Bardin, running threw an unknown forest, being chased by an unknown demon. They run for a while, until Daedalus reaches an abandoned hotel, which he hides in. The demon breaks into the hotel, and so Daedalus runs into the basement. In the basement he meets a giant worm, that almost kills him, but the demon comes and the two creatures fight. Daedalus escapes this fight, and goes into a long tunnel were he reaches a small crevice, in which he sleeps in for the night. During the night he has a nightmare of a little girl. When he wakes up, two men pass him, when he confronts them they turn out to be cannibals, who were the owners of the giant worm. They wanted to eat Daedalus, but they were brutally slaughtered by an unknown force. Daedalus keeps walking down the tunnel, and finds a small cannibal camp. He blacks out, then awakens holding a cleaver, and with the entire camp dead. But one cannibal survives, and Daedalus interrogates him. He learns that his father was taken by a mysterious 'magical' man. Following his fathers trail, a little girls voice comes into his head. He tries to ignore the voice. He then meets Arkan, a massive panda creature with no face. Daedalus follows Arkan, and finds a metal wall with a door in it, he enters a metal room through the door, and finds his father. His father explains how he got down there. They leave the room to find Arkan looking at a massive monster. Arkan and the monster fight, and Arkan wins, but loses his weapon in the process. They follow the tunnels and Daedalus talks to his father, Grid, asking him why he lied about were he was. His father says sorry, and explains the true story of what happened. Daedalus lives with a large group of survivors, and when they found a part of the Creator (The creature that attacked earth.) they got it's thoughts in their heads. Grid had seen the massive creature so they thought he might know about the whereabouts of the many pieces of the Creator. They exit the tunnels, and meet the demon that had chased them both, the creature explains that he is good, and wanted to talk to them. The demons name was Vay, who was a friend of Arkan. Vay explains a lot of things, and they leave onto there journey back to Daedalus' base. This was the end of Act I. Humans. Creatures of such stupidity, yet they still have such a great power. A power that I have never seen before. Their minds can create such amazing things, things that shouldn't be possible, things that should not be seen, and they still create them. With those amazingly complex brains of theirs, they can create anything, but they cannot bring it all to life; but I can. My immense power, my immense knowledge, I have so much, but I am almost nothing without this creating power. But these humans, I can use them, turn there own power against them, create destruction with something they thought to be harmless. Fools. I am a sentient being, the most powerful thing in this entire universe. All this power, all of my children, and for what? Nothing. I am just a being who lives amongst the stars, away from anything. I need to use what I have, I need to get what I don't. I need to take from them what is rightfully mine. Yes, yes... I shall go to their crumbling habitat, and rip them apart. I shall become the only living creature in the universe, along with my children! Crushing their resistant attempts with their own devilish nightmares. I was created not to sit here, not to watch the universe go round, I was created to destroy the humans, and I will do that. They will have no chance against the might of me and my children. We shall destroy the infection that has plagued the green world. Yes, YES!!! Awaken my children! Awaken! We must go now, down to the green world, and destroy the humans, we must take their knowledge, their power, and turn it against them! Awaken! Awaken! Awaken! Ha ha ha! Yes, I can feel it already, the everlasting knowledge, the power... yes... Mmm... Ha ha ha! Today, my children, we shall be the only creature in this universe, we shall have everything that was once important to the humans. Yes! I couldn't help thinking as I read the ending, "FOR TONIGHT, WE DINE, IN HELL!" Anyway, nice chapter, I like the change of perspective. Will the whole act be like this?

It's in a word document D: I will try my best to finish it, but it isn't that fun to write. But don't worry! I'm not getting bored of writing this, just this chapter. The next chapters will be better to write!
