New Forum Style

| I've been working on a style for the past few days, and now it's good to go. There might be some kinks that I haven't seen yet, so let me know if there are. I've tested different resolutions, and it looks good. Keep in mind it is developed for 1024x768, so if you have something smaller or larger it won't look exactly as intended. It will still look good, though! If you guys are curious, go: User CP>Edit Options>Forum Skin(very bottom) The skin is called "By Cartman" so it's fairly easy to find. | Don't give me all the credit! lbp did a great job helping me and dealing with me when I needed him to change something on the server's side, which I didn't have access to. I wouldn't have even understood half the stuff I did without his help. Also, I confess I began with a template, but it's been heavily modified so it's nearly unrecognizable. Most of the work went into fixing broken images and making sure LBE ran smoothly in the new skin, which lbp figured out(thanks again!). | Really nice, I would have liked a few more stars maybe but still very nice, I am for sure keeping it. Also Cartman did you notice on the littlebigplanet website they had a article about fan sites and they have some stuff that you can use on there to add to a website. | I think I may have found a glitch... I often like to go to the Arcade and do Tetris, and when I go there from the new, By Cartman style, it doesn't say my name as playing. However, when I went in via the default skin just to check, it had me there. When I switched to By Cartman on the Tetris page itself, it had me there, but when entering the Arcade via By Cartman, it didn't show me. | One minor thing i'd like to point out is that it doesn't really say central anywhere. | I've noticed an issue that some of you may be having; transparency isn't displaying. It was a lot of work to get this skin going, so it's kinda hard to let people make their own, especially if they can't access the admin panel. Sorry, I just don't think it was too difficult to do again at the moment. If you've got ideas or suggestions, feel free to critique! I'm all for making this skin better. Also, to all of you worrying about the lack of "Central", I'm currently working on that right now. The problem with that is the background image wouldn't be able to adapt with the forum, so it would get cut off or placed irregularly.
