Yes i know the only way to give away XP in a contest is by either using the Xp item, or using your own as prize. But that's not my question, what i want to know is if there is a way to simply give away XP to another member? like donating your XP to someone else and stuff.

I don't think you can donate XP. But if you want you can buy the item they want, and gift it to them. Since that's usually what the XP goes to anyways.
