Can't lock/unlock a level or make levels copyable

| Has anyone else had this issue? I can't tweak any of my levels to be locked or copyable. pressing right will only go to the next section. | Man I had the same issue, I thought I had some very weird bug (called Alzheimer) until Venemieira or how you spell him (sorry dude, too lazy to check, Alzheimer ... you know?) suggested using the right analogue stick. In the end, yes, good thing but they COULD have mentioned it somewhere.
