Title: Little Green Beret - Search and Destroy PSN ID: Morri So after almost 3 months away from working on LBP (or from my PS3 at all, too much work), I decided it was time to finish Raiders part II, and at 90% done, I got bored and got a great idea for a level for the Tumbler, work started and as I had only minor things missing to finish that level, another idea hit me (is it only me, or anybody else gets excited in the middle of a level, just to stop everything and start a brand new one?) to make a level based on Green Beret (GB). For the youngsters here, GB was a classic arcade game in the mid 80?s (it shows that I?m old?), it was a basic side scrolling shooter where the player?s mission (a green beret? duh), was to release the prisoners held in a Russian base, well, cold war was at its peak back then, so US x USSR was the topic of many things, and GB was no different. Anyway, taking away the boring history lesson from this post, I started working on this level 3 weeks ago, and since I have only weekends available, it took me some time to finish it but I am very pleased with the results. You can either play like the original game (just run and gun everything you see) or take the time to do some ?extra? work such as blowing up tanks and launching some ICBMs, which of course will reward you with additional prizes.
