Lint to Sack

Archive: 6 posts

Just a piece of writing I've created, nothing special; just a LittleBigPlanet related piece.

Lint to Sack

The dog soared through the garden, dribbling saliva, which appeared to fly behind him. He made sure that he wouldn?t go hungry that night, evading obstacles to the best of his capability. Thorns had sunk into his bony legs but that didn?t matter, he would soon be feasting upon that tiny creature. Gradually, the thin coated greyhound became faster and faster, now extremely proud of his agile breed.

Meanwhile, the prey was gasping for air, his vivid visions beginning to fade away to a blurry mess. His whole life was flashing before his eyes, the times that involved the three key words in his life. Play, Create, Share. Thinking about this was a terrible idea, as a vicious dog was gaining ground and was just metres away from food. He shook his head, still sprinting, and gradually he could experience the colour and possibilities that surrounded him. He knew he could survive this. He would survive this... and he knew just what to do.

The dog?s senses of smell began to explode with bursts of pleasure; for although no-one else experiences the smell of sackpeople, dogs love it. The dog began to regain focus on the matter at hand, unfortunately not in time. His eyes shot open with horror, as a glowing wall of lava stood before him, and he flew straight into it.

Sackboy could hear the noise of a creature burning, and could smell roasted meat; too bad he was a vegetarian. A grin spread across Sackboy?s face, and he knew he?d just made history that day.

***

Sackboy leaned back in his armchair, looking through the glass of his Pod into the crazily huge place that is the Solar System. However, he couldn?t do this for long, he needed a constant stimulation. He turned his body so that it overlooked LittleBigPlanet, thinking to himself: ?Perhaps just one more level?. He then leaped up, and placed his hands on the shiny rubber analog sticks that rested on the controller before him. His eyes overlooked the menu, and he decided to just simply click on the option: ?Quick Play?.

Sackboy shot through space in his vehicle, trying to transfix his eyes on each and every Pod in the galaxy. He stopped over the top of one of the larger cardboard homes, and was dropped into the cosy vent, and then fell through into the rather dull pod. He glanced around himself, searchingly, and to his horror there was not a sackperson in the room... there was a rather pleased canine.

Ahahaha omg I love the ending.

"There was a rather pleased canine."

Omg, good stuff dude you just do a series of stuff like this, even though I don't see how you can expand on something like this, other than he constantly plays levels and runs away from people.
