I have a grand idea for a level. Well not necessarily a level but an art style. I came across these when watching old sesame street clips on youtube. The pin ball level had some really cool physics based ideas. Just the way everything reacted when the pinball went past. Would be cool to do some of that stuff.

yah i had thought about that maybe a Across the Universe type level but not cutom soundtrack mean level won't completly flow

I hope people put some trippy stuff on weird levels will be cool. I hope people even make levels that have no other purpose than showing trippy stuff. Like someone could do a museum dedicated to the trippy 70s and you just walk through it looking at stuff with the occasional lever to cause some weird lighting or something.

Dude, oh Dude. I know I will have some mushrooms in some of my levels, I have had a mushroom added on each one of my levels while going through school. It is like my signature now to add a mushroom.

Its alllllll about the psychedelia. I wan't to make a level based on Fear and Loathing, so im deffantly going to go for this style for apart of it.

So, what you're saying is you want to make a level based off an acit trip? I.e., a completely freaky level that makes little sense? Go for it- I love those crazy ideas. Oh, and that second Sesame street Cartoon- wierd.

oh yeah, crazy levels are great. Just put stuff in there that totally does not make sense. Go completly out of the box is the key here but able to also have the person enjoy there stay in your level. I always love Tiny Toons and the level with dodo bird, funny world.

I wonder if they'll moderate for drug references? Ah, I didn't think about that. Thats a very good point, although as long as perhaps there arn't any direct references to drugs it would probably be ok. Like making giant pills and syringes for instance and acid tabs falling from the sky would probably be a mistake.
