Not sure what happened, but my PS3's laser burnt out (again) last night. I don't have the money to replace it as of now, and I'm not going to be using the donations to buy a new laser since a) I want donations to noticeably benefit the site and b) the laser could easily burn out a third time, so I'm going to be PS3-less for a while. I'll work out a way to do contests and such without me (Maybe a "contest crew", a group that organizes periodic contests? Let me know what you think about that, and if you'd be interested.), so we don't hurt for official contests. Other than that, there's no immediate need for me to be able to play LittleBigPlanet, so we shouldn't hurt too much because of it.

Same here!!! My PS3's blu-ray laser burnt out and I can't play LBP. I'm sending my PS3 to sony to get a new one.

I would love to work on these contests. Also .. isnt your ps3 on warranty? I bought my PS3 a) more than a year ago and b) through eBay, so no, it isn't. Also, I'll see what I can do about setting up something for official contests. It definitely would be work - judging, planning and all - so keep that in mind.

You're free to post tutorials as often as you like, but it doesn't need it's own section.

I'd LOVE to be part of the Contest Crew. Since the Spam Can (RIP) has left us, I have been more and more involved in the contest section. I am involved with a contest currently, but I would love to be in more. Bottom line: I would love to be in The Contest Crew. Sad about your PS3. Not only for LBP, but all your other entertainment games :3. Hopefully it's better soon.

Read up Their gunna be photoshop / general art tutorials. I believe those would go in the Artwork and Creativity section, maybe you can create one single thread and have all your tutorials in there? If it's possible, it'll keep the forums clean and tidy.
