New Moderator - Killian!

We've been looking for someone we could promote for quite a while now, and we had a few candidates. We send PMs out to each of them simultaneously, describing the ups and downs of being on site staff. Killian was the first to accept, and he's now an official staff member! We'll be showing him the ropes over the next couple of days so he can get a handle on how we run things, but he should be in full swing shortly.
