Get some Dark Matter and make it as small as possible. Then make a line and put a point bubble on it. Ta da! Floating point bubble! You save it as an object and make several. Maybe even emit them! =)2009-04-11 22:55:00

lol i like your enthusiasm, also i find it easier to put a small DM material (like invisible small) and make it a thin layer and way up in the front, then attach the DM to the Point bubble so that the player doesn't hit/feel/go on the dark matter

Easiest way as said, get your bubble and draw a thin layer (as in R1etc.) of dark matter any size, get your popit then shrink it down and glue, means you can't lose it like you sometimes can by just making it thin then selecting it.2009-04-11 23:34:00

While the dark matter solutions above are technically the best answer to your question (as it is worded), it should be noted that you can also just glue the point bubbles to what ever is around (or behind them). Place them in pause mode, then select them again and glue them to the backdrop or whatever surface they are in front of. While this is often not the best (or most desirable) solution, it can be the simplest. Of course if there is no backdrop, the DM solution is your answer. 2009-04-12 07:18:00

It's worth pointing out that the material behind the point bubble must be a thin layer. Point bubbles won't glue to thick layers.

You also need to be careful with the dark matter method. The glued point bubbles will impede the movement of contraptions. This method works really well but you do need to take care.

Yeah, a score bubble that did plasma ball physics would be a good addition.

1. make tiny 2d layer of dark matter so small you can't see it
2. get a score bubble out and place it
3. glue the score bubble to the dark matter
4. capture it

Thanks. This should save me some time figuring it out on my own, though I think I would've.2009-04-13 17:12:00
