ive been trying to make a scoreboard to count balls that go over a line how do i make that

It isn't as easy as it sounds... You are going to have to create quite a complex switch system. I'll get you started. Have a look around this forum for 'Perma-Switch' and 'Logic Gate' tutorials. There are loads on youtube and a few on my youtube account: http://www.youtube.com/thedcdj Once you are familiar with those, you'll be able to work out in your head what sort of system you are going to need to build. Obviously, the first thing you are going to need to do is place a magnetic key on each ball. Then the magnetic key will activate a magnetic switch (hooked up to your system)...ahh you see where this is going. It is going to involve using a lot of emitters & magnetic keys/switches. I know how to make this system myself.. but it wouldn't really be 'your' idea if I told you how to do it now, would it? Good luck!
