TEDDYCRAG & FROM THE CORE by Liquid_Blood_

Whether he wants it or not, I'm suggesting you guys play these levels.

In my opinion, two of the best levels I've ever played, and probably the most innovative gameplay I've seen in LBP. They both display a very peculiar style of Liquid Blood's. Not much story involved but full of intriguing characters and spectacular inventions.

His psn: Liquid_Blood_

TeddyCrag: This is the first one I played. You find yourself on a pirate ship sailing the high seas. It seems as though its about to introduce a swashbuckling story, but as soon as you drop anchor, you find you've come ashore to something much more than a pirate island. The whole level begins to transform and disintegrate below your feet. The whole level is disjointed, as if the contents of a normal level have just gone through a big bang phase and are currently floating in orbit. The whole level just reminded me of Mario Galaxy

Its full of tricky puzzles, innovative gameplay, and slick contraptions.

From the Core: I'm not sure which of the two I prefere, they are both so different.

Here's the description he posted on lbpworkshop "Venture your way from the core of the earth, to the peak of the city's SkyNeedle and beyond! Exciting gameplay based on a fully-rotating environment."

Be warned... it'll probably make you dizzy... You probably won't wanna see your dinner again.

Agree, both levels are truly great works that show an inventive and highly original mind at work. Unique and rich both in looks and gameplay features.

It comes at a price though - in both levels, gameplay is not always fair towards the player. Liquid has a certain fondness for up-tempo elements that occasionally rank rather close to russian roulette.

Still, I can only recommend playing his levels - whether you make it to the scoreboard or not, you're sure to be treated to some first-class entertainment fireworks.

PS: great photo, Pitcard!
