Hey its me .... again in the help section Last night i was playing with a friend and my connection goes all dodgey and then i have this spaceship ontop of my head with 0 on it as if i was going to my pod which i was in and whenever i said anything my friends couldnt see it! That was sorted out by me turning it on/off. This morning i just turned it on and it loads and everything then it shows the picture of my pod where im ment to drop out the roof and all my stuff on the planets but this thing pops up and says Failed to load all player profiles then underneath is ok but it wont let me click it and anyway i only have 1 profile!!!

Hi eko and welcome, I sympathise with you. I have found it virtually impossible to play levels with friends all the time i've had the game because of the crappy connection. Loads of times I get signed out or the connection is lost or sometimes the system freezes completely. It's a real pain and the biggest problem with the game bar none for me. I have even had instances where i've played with a friend ( or tried to ) and when returning to my pod it has had their decoration in it even though I still have control, weird. We have to go to another level and come back and then it's usually back to mormal. I also got corrupted data while playing with a friend too. My pod control stopped working altogether and my popit menu was totally empty. I had to start the game all over again and even had to do all the tutorials again,GRRR. After a few days I got a reply from MM who told me to load my corrupted profile again ( luckily I had saved it to memory card ) and try resetting the pod decoration. I wasn't hopeful but to my amazement it worked. This was one of many many bugs in the game which along with the terrible server lag is the main reason I don't play online with friends very often. I spend most of my time creating levels. I've made over 30 but had to delete loads because you can only have a maximum of 20 at any one time. Check a few out if you get chance and let me know if you have any levels and i'll try yours. There is an F4F system on this forum but i'm not sure how to use that. I put it in one of my threads once but can't remember how and can't find it again ( DOH!! ) I hope you get everything sorted ok anyway. As I said if you get any more problems whatever they are I would try resetting the pod decoration before anything else. I don't know why but that does tend to fix a lot of things. Good luck

Good luck Yes it is a really bugger but I've got one of the worst problems i'd say because i cant do anything!!!!When i press all the buttons nothing happens and the only button that does something is the ps button where it brings up the playstation menu and i can only click quit game and a few others. It could be because stupid me switched it off from the switch at the back of the ps3 without even quitting the game:blush: I just want to play again Although its definetely the game because when i put in killzone 2 that worked. I just wish these people could fix the problems before they start testing things and completely blowing up the game I have only had the game and the ps3 for 3 days for goods sake and I only completed the game yesterday so y wont it let me play???

Normally when a profile gets corrupted so it can't load you need to erase the profile out of your saved games. Then it will let you back in. Best thing you can do in LittleBigPlanet is backup your profile to a memory stick. So, if you go through the story mode and collect your materials and objects for create mode, keep backing up the profile in case something happens to it. Also, if you decide to create a level - publish your level as a locked level the whole time your creating it. That way, if your profile gets corrupted you can restore your profile and copy your level back down to your moon again.

He had to do this recently and had a help topic). I think your friends are added to the PSN list, NOT LBP - so you should be ok there. Ive seen it and its all too complicated so i think i will just do the story mode again because i didnt make any levels anyway

Just pointing out a little info though. I know there's alot of bugs in the game but there's one thing people are always mistaken about and blaming Media Molecule right away: The lag when you play with other people. This happens because of the connecting type this game use. You are connected in "peer to peer". This basically means you are connected directly to the other people that are with you, you are NOT on some "LBP server" by Media Molecule or PSN. This means you are totally dependant on your own connection quality vs the connection quality of the other players. While I think it's a reaaaaaally bad design choice, we have to deal with it. Lag should be expected quite alot with people connecting like this for gaming purposes. .

Yeah, tho sometimes there will be no lag at all with me, then later some killer lag that will barely let me move, but as RangerZero said, it has to do with your connection, not PSN/Mm.

I was sooo close to getting the trophy for playing with 3 people on my friends list today, I had 2 of them already in my game, but when I invited the 4th person the network kept crapping out and wouldn't let them join... no trophy for me :[
