So, i'm one percent away from having 100% on Meerkat Kingdom. Exactly one percent, I know right?! So it turns out i'm missing one item. It's the item between the Orange Bird & Big Cute Nose. Where do I find it? I've looked at least a thousand times, I can't find it. Any help? Thanks!

I had the same trouble - when you're in the race section there's a white square on the right side of one of the floor areas. It's grabable. Just move it to the left and run in the hole and your last prize awaits! Good luck!

I found it very quick by looking in the comments where it was filled up with "28, behind queen." The last one on get a grip for me was the one hidden behind the trees where it didn't look like there was an entrance.

It's the big-bellied meerkat object. You need a second person to get it. At the second big-bellied meerkat you see (in the room with two of them), stand on the meerkat's head and have your friend jump on its belly, shooting you up. There's a hidden area above it. You can do it by yourself, but it's much harder.
