Thanks for posting the vids. They really aren't that good. I feel like maybe MM kinda mailed this convention in. There really weren't any good demonstration videos like we saw earlier in the game's dev cycle. I know they want to be a huge hit in Japan, so I think TGS is gonna be time for the "surprise", and some decent demonstration videos. 2 minute time lapse videos with lame creators isn't cutting it for me. Neither is videos of what seems like people who have never played video games before playing LBP levels, not to mention annoying german comedians crashing a stage demo and ruining what could have been the best video of the week. Only thing that came out this week that was any good was the Sackzilla trailer.

Don't get me wrong, this is still one of my most anticipated games of all time, but it seems they did things backwards. All of the long, awesome, detailed videos were shown early in the dev cycle, while all of the lame 2 minute junk is showing up now, which is completely opposite from most games. Either way i'm gonna be cranky until I have LBP, lol

(i dont want this to get mean) sony said that they were open with whats in the game from early on... so the reason the isn't any cool new suff its because they show everything thats new as it is made... with only 2 months to get the game out, im sure they stopped makeing new stuff... pretty soon tho they will be showing what is availble for DLC that will be new.

Something to think about is that these are just cam vids recorded by gametrailers, I don't think they're released from MM. Also you can tell they aren't totally familiar with all the tools available. For me seeing anything new from LBP is a good thing! The pop-it menu is also nice to see in more and more detail, I love getting a look at all the little stuff in the game!

Unless I'm wrong, the people go through the menus so fast in all the videos that it has to be fastforwarded. I can't see the game being so easy that you can go through all the menus so quickly. Unless I'm wrong, there hasn't been a single video that showed just the "normal" speed that people will go through. I mean, I guess they want to make it faster to make it seem easier, but I just want a video that goes at normal speed- unless I'm wrong, and this IS the normal speed. In any case, I'll buy the game anyway, so... yeah. Thanks for posting.

Sorry for the double post but I think people are taking this game too seriously. Like that you need to have a plan and that you can't just goof around. I think the whole point of this game is more creating. You don't have to create whole levels and everything just making little contraptions will be the best part.
