I've been here for months and just realized there is a "Thanks" button. I will be tirelessly trying to get caught up on all the "Thanks" I've never sent out. Sorry, if I seemed rude and Thank You! to everyone here. 2009-04-01 21:47:00

Now come on, everyone - the "Thanks" button has NOT been around for that long... I don't even think it existed yet when Jaeyden's last level was released.

Ah, I remember those days.... when members had to hit the "rep" button to give you more reputation - and they couldn't do it multiple times in a row so you had to really WORK for your reputation.

Good point, but how long has it been around? I can't remember...at least one month though.

Well, it was here by the time i joined, which was the 11th of last month, so its been that long that's for sure.
Cool feature btw, i think this is the first site i see that uses it.

You can also click that little Scales symbol, right below the User's Avatar.
The three default icons there are the 'Online Indicator' (Green if the user is currently logged in, Gray if he's not), The 'Reputation Button' and the Report button.

Press the Rep button and you'll be able to give a more detailed 'Thanks' post, or if the post was mean-spirited, give a negative review.

The report button needs no real introduction. Use it to flag a post that's possibly offensive or blatant SPAM.

I will never understand what the advantages of a sneak mode for a "turn based chat" called forum is.2009-04-02 12:43:00

Absolutely (I forgot to put a little wink next to it). It was supposed to be in a condescending teacher talking to kids tone.
