Le sigh....

He didn't get fired. He quit. He just got bored with the mod powers after abusing messing around with them (for good reasons) that he decided he'd rather post as a user than a mod. It was kind of sad seeing him drop the position, since a lot of people favored him as their favorite mod (I was one of them). But other than that, he's still posting, just as a new username though.

Oh don't worry about it, I'm a brony, really into FiM, perhaps even more than many here, yet as you can see, no trace of ponies on my avatar or signature (mainly because Code Geass is still no.1 for me.

), so no worries, you don't have to put ponies on avi/ sig if you don't wanna.

Well... The first abridged episode of MLP is up and running. Just thought I'd give the heads up. Now I'm not going to post a link due to it having vulgar language.

The episode is... meh... so so. Although they say only one guy actually wrote it that time, they are now all collaborating with each other in the writing "department". So it may get a lot better.

It's missing a lot of information. Typically the OP or monkeyjay makes the new thread whenever they feel like. I have no idea how they organize stuff, I just work on my own when I have time. I only know they never waited until the old thread was gone to start a new one.

Btw, it already reached 2nd place in the "Popular" pages, right after "Forever Alone Guy." (Which is pretty Ironic if you think about it. xD)

The scene opens with the skyline of a city, 1,000 years ago. Nightmare and Celestia are locked in combat.

Celestia: We're sorry. I'm sorry!. We should have paid more attention to you.
Nightmare: I'm afraid it's too late for apologies. All of Equestria will kneel before me and my glorious night. All I need to do now is defeat my pathetic sister.

Nightmare's horn projects a deep purple aura; a beam of pure darkness sweeps horizontally, narrowly missing Celestia. The tower behind her is cleaved in two, and it begins to collapse on top of her. Celestia's own horn glows with a pinkish aura, and a barrier manifests above her, shrugging off the rubble. Celestia then flies towards the castle.
Nightmare: Run all you like, there is no escaping me!

Nightmare flies to the highest point in the city to proclaim her victory.
Fade to Celestia standing in the bright hall of the castle, stained glass fills the windows, 6 glistening stones levitate above a pedestal before her; the Elements of Harmony.
Celestia: So it has come to this...

Fade back to outside the castle.
Nightmare: * maniacal laughter* Your precious Celestia has abandoned you. Equestria is mine!
Celestia: Luna, surrender at once!
Nightmare: *laughter* Do you honestly think you can defeat me? No, my dear, I will not surrender.
Celestia: *whispers with tears in her eyes* So be it...

The Elements activate, try as she might, Nightmare cannot avoid the attack. She collapses before Celestia. Celestia's horn glows once again, Nightmare is shrouded in light. With a flash, her form disappears, as her image appears on the moon. Celestia looks up at the moon and whispers:

"Hang in there, little sister. I'll find a way to restore you. I'll find a way to bring you back..."

The only problem is that sackboy is so adaptable that you could make him look like anything. I have made my pony to look like my sackboy, but yours would look different. Make yours, that's my advice.

I've actually been watching quite a bit of this show since I've been home a lot due to my jaw surgery thing. It's seriously one of the best shows on television right now.

She was asked in her DA page a while back acually, sadly, no, there's no way an Alicorn can be from non-Alicorn parents, its either a pegasus or a unicorn, she says that's why they're so rare, since they'd be everywhere otherwise.

See, you guys are seeing it the wrong way, Alicorns are not a combination of both Unicorns and Pegasus, but rather a new species that in a way is also part Earth.

Its not:
PP = Pegasus
UU = Unicorn
UP = Alicorn.

But rather:

UU = Unicorn
EE = Earth
PP = Pegasus
AA = Alicorn

Each is its own non-combining species.
Even if they were combinable, you'd have to combine all 3 species to make an Alcorn, as they posses all 3 traits of Magic, Flight and Naure within, not just Maic and Flight.
(Why does everyone forget the Earth ones?)

Alicorns and Pegacorns are the same, what she was saying is for it to have wings and horn, no matter how strong or weak, is to be born from Pegacorn/ Alicorn parents.
Their magic and wings are not all the same anyways (just like not all unicorns are as powerful or all pegasus the same.)

But you're not gonna settle for anything other than a "yes".
Just look at this, its already stated its not possible, and that they're their own species, that no amount of "combining" is gonna change that whatsoever, and yet you keep trying to find loopholes, so you're obviously no interested in the truth but for someone to say "yes its canon, its ok."

You're even arguing with what the creator of the show said dude, you don't need the go-ahead from anyone anymore, you're doing it anyways, and will not be willing to make any changes or make it otherwise(even tho I did warn you several times about it.) am I right?

Look there's nothing wrong with having a "super OC character." many fans of various things do that more often than not, so no worries, just don't try to justify it, because it's not gonna work.

Well, it's the eve of pinkie pie's birthday and everything is going well. The characters are all throwing her a party when suddenly the negativitron shows up and sucks up all the gifts and balloons. It then goes on to ruin rarity's dresses, suck all of the apples off of the apple family's trees, take all of derpy's mail, etc. So, the ponies go to craftworld in search of a hero to save them. And that hero is you - SACKBOY!

If friendship = magic, and imagination = magic, then Twilight would definitely be sent to that world because she needs to learn to be creative instead being by-the-book-science-influenced pony.
