Umm yea, i was wanting a UPGRADE on my sig, it's cool as is but i've been seeing more really cool and detailed Sigs,

So what i wanted was still the same picture, just better fire, cooler metal text and at the bottom right to say

well just get an animated pic should have the extension .gif and upload that as you avatar watch for the size limit though

regarding the ultimate bundle i think you should be able to have animated avatars without it...i my be wrong though..(you cant get the ultimate bundle because the exp system is gone for now...)

hmm i think you can use Photoshop..but there is another program but i cant remember what its called...try google for one?

anyway if you wanted to resize it you would have to edit each individual frame and make sure they all are the exact same size...however you will probably lose the quality and it will become a little blurry.

So yeah it will be a bit tricky I think Rhy will know more than me though..Good Luck

PS, @ Incinerator, both Photoshop and GIMP can edit gifs sucessfully; however, you need to first save the gif to your hard drive as it doesn't work from your clipboard.

In Photoshop, you import the gif and, as said above, each "frame" has one layer. In other words, if your animation has 10 frames (as yours does), it would also have 10 layers.. one showing for each frame in the sequence.

Enlarging is a bigger problem. Although you can literally enlarge the whole animation, simply by going to image>resize, you cannot "add" pixels. In reality, the existing pixels simply get expanded and spread over the new space, meaning poor relative resolution.

In my personal opinion, I wouldn't enlarge a gif. gif's are already low quality and enlarging one will not help.

It would be easier to start from scratch!!
