We have been keeping an eye on the various LittleBigPlanet community forums to pick out some long-term LBP fans that are hyped for Sackboy's new adventure and any other great folks that we feel are deserving of a chance to check out the LBP3 beta before we release the game. Unfortunately as much as we would like to, we cannot fit everybody into the beta but due to popular demand we've tried our best to squeeze in as many people as we possibly can and we're effectively doubling the number of LBP community folks in the beta with this second wave. Invites will be going out throughout this week, so be sure to keep an eye on your Private Messages (or your PSN's Email Address if you're in America/Canada), just in case you're fortunate enough to be receiving an invite! | Hey um I know I've only joined these forums recently and I'm not really anyone special in lbp, but I promise if I ever did get into the beta I would be busting my knee caps off to try and get rid of any and all nasty bugs I could find. I really really really love lbp as a franchise and think it's just the most beautiful amazing game in the world. I'm not that good at creating real levels, but I love spending time making contraptions and playing with all the tools in create mode to build objects and things. I know I probably won't get in just by this plea of a post, but if there was even a sliver of a chance that I could get in then I promise I won't take it for granted and try my best to help make the game ready by release for the community and all the awesome people who love lbp. LBP has always been a special constant in my life and I don't think I could say that about other games. It's just such an awesome free creative lovingly crafted idea of a game it would seriously be an honor if I got in to this beta. In middle school I didnt have many freinds and I got little big planet 2 for my birthday while I was in 7th grade. | Exciting stuff! So happy the beta can open up to a wider group. Surely a few renowned glitchers have made it into the list. The more they can find and iron out, the better this game will be. I'm personally looking forward to how the new logic systems work. I know that currently, percentages above 100% (especially whole numbers) are really wonky. For example, 300% can't be achieved, even if you add 3 100%s. You only get 249.9999---. This glitch happens with many whole numbers. Making division an impossibility. | Hello Everyone! We're expanding the LittleBigPlanet 3 Beta this week by inviting another wave of you awesome folks to join in the fun! We have been keeping an eye on the various LittleBigPlanet community forums to pick out some long-term LBP fans that are hyped for Sackboy's new adventure and any other great folks that we feel are deserving of a chance to check out the LBP3 beta before we release the game. Like i said before... As for the beta... I for one (And yes i'm going to be honest) Don't really know why you guys need this beta so bad. Honestly why, Do you play it first before anyone would? Is it for the special and wacky new tools and story or do you want to play it to help the community with the bugs? Either way... I'm not sure wither you guys are helpful or not as i seen the videos on YouTube. I know you'll try your very at it. As for me, If i'm not invited to the beta. I wouldn't cry or even cancel my pre-order. I just stick around in LittleBigPlanet 2 for awhile before i get a PS4 for myself. I'm still making levels and i'm even making my Halloween level as well but you have to honest. The LBP3 Beta can be interesting and you can get really hype for this but in the end once your invited to the grand beta, you're going be stuck within a buggy muck. Hopefully this game can be buggy free. You don't have to cry about wither or not you weren't it, It's not their fault not choosing you to be in the beta. However i cheer you up with one thing, LBP3 is coming next month, Do you still want to cry or do you want to be excited for it. I saw plenty of "I got the beta!" posts, just not really on here. I think this wave's been quite a bit quieter, actually. That said, it looks like I'm definitely not getting an invite, but my brother did. I actually use (or used to use) forums quite a bit, and I've been creating for almost 6 years as opposed to his 1 or 2 years, so I kinda think the selection was completely random this time. | During the last wave, a bunch of people were obnoxiously tweeting photos of their download bar and stuff like that. I saw plenty of "I got the beta!" posts, just not really on here. I think this wave's been quite a bit quieter, actually. That said, it looks like I'm definitely not getting an invite, but my brother did. I actually use (or used to use) forums quite a bit, and I've been creating for almost 6 years as opposed to his 1 or 2 years, so I kinda think the selection was completely random this time. | Unfair. Maybe. The fact is many of those in the beta have played the game for a long-time. Both in game and out. At fansites players can help others (and developers) with the game. Sure some of this can be done in-game but it's easier done at places like this. As for benefits you are correct some people break the rules. It is a shame when people do this since they have been trusted. However it was bound to happen that there would be a few bad apples. You also shouldn't be annoyed for not getting in. The beta is for testing the game and features. It's an honour to be selected. The game will be out in a month so there is no need to feel annoyed as they can't invite everyone and those that they have invited they have deemed trustworthy. It's not just people from fan sites but it makes perfect sense why a lot of people are from fan sites. LBP is about the community as much as it is about create. Those that create will inevitably gravitate to a forum such as this so they can pass their knowledge on. Therefore you are more likely to see great creators, who will push the beta to it's limits, frequenting forums. | Hello Everyone! We're expanding the LittleBigPlanet 3 Beta this week by inviting another wave of you awesome folks to join in the fun! We have been keeping an eye on the various LittleBigPlanet community forums to pick out some long-term LBP fans that are hyped for Sackboy's new adventure and any other great folks that we feel are deserving of a chance to check out the LBP3 beta before we release the game. Some greedy people use the leaks to make money, which is very bad. They are making money by telling Sumo to never make a beta of LittleBigPlanet ever again. We have opportunities like this that are being blown away just because people that doesn't care about the community and all that wants money, or people that only care about their beta access and want to show it off. | Hoping to get in! I want to see how the new characters function, and I want to find all of their bugs! I also want to see how the story mode is, so far...! I want to play with my friends, and make contraptions, and have a fantasicly brill time! I want to make my own adventure and find out how to create, if there are any glitches in creating, and any disadvantages limiting, overpowering, or hurting the player, so I can make the game an even better experience when it releases. I believe that I should be included in the LittleBigPlanet?3 BETA for the following reasons: I've played and purchased @LittleBigPlanet's games since 2011, I'm very active on LittleBigPlanetCentral and Sackinima Forums, I believe I could find a couple of bugs and kinks in the LittleBigPlanet?3 Beta for @SumoDigitalLtd @StevenIsbell and @LittleBigPlanet. I'm going to keep this paragraph short and sweet. I have bought all of the LittleBigPlanet? games (Besides PSP, LBPK, and PSVita). LBP1, LBP2, and preordered LBP3 from the PlayStation? Store. I've also bought a sum of LBP DLC. Next reason is that I'm active on LBPC and Sackinima forums. I try to stay active, when I'm not busy, and try to contribute replies to all of the threads that I take interest in. Third reason is I believe I could find hordes of kinks and glitches in the LittleBigPlanet?3 BETA. By trying wacky experiments, I'm certain I could find a minimum of one or two bugs. | If there is another wave, I promise I'll draw a really ugly picture in Micrsosoft Paint for somebody if I get in. I don't need a download code, I just wanna be able to report stuff and access the beta forums. My brother was invited the other day, so I already have the beta on my PS3 and PS4. If it's not possible to give me forum access and stuff without a code, I guess I'd either just use it or give it to somebody, depending on how it works. | Well, though I have not been active at the forums ,since I used to reply more in the old LBN one instead and never talked much here, I've been 24/7 active at Twitter (@LBPlombax7) posting various fan art about it to encourage other fellow players, like with those wallpapers for each character . It would be a pleasure being invited to this beta(my first one to be exact) and contribute to both the beta community and to the full game itself, attempting to deliver an almost prefect LBP experience in November ,reporting any problems that could disturb it.You've got full support from me, longtime fan, have all games , used LBP2 and its logic to the limit and basically most of the time Is related to LBP, bought a ps3 for it, psp for it and later on my first ps vita game was LBP as well . | I'll be honest. While I'm not as active on forums as I'd like to be, I guess you could say that I make up for that inactivity with Twitter (@Chunkinator104), where I post random ideas and concepts for what I wanna make or have made in/for the realm of LittleBigPlanet. I've been a huge fan of the series since the second half of 2010, having played nearly every game in the series (except PSP) since then, including Sackboy's Prehistoric Moves. To be honest, if it wasn't for LBP, I doubt I'd be on Twitter or other social media much, if at all.  If for some reason I get invited to the LBP3 Beta, I'll try my best to report as many bugs as I can, though I'd need to know where to report the bugs (I guess tweeting @StevenIsbell or @SarahWellock84 could do, but still).
