| Okay, so I did the math, and it comes down to this: If the Serial Killer kills a Civilian tonight, and we kill a Civilian by accident, and then the Mafia kills another Civilian tonight, THEN tomorrow votes kill another Civilian, with the Mafia killing a Civilian again, we'll lose in 2 rounds. If we get a Mafioso, and they get us, THEN we get ourselves and they get us, we'll lose in 3 rounds. Etc.. | Look, I can't see how you're not seeing this, Rajah is Mafia!! I've known this for a while now, but I kept quiet about it for a while knowing that if I spoke I'd immediately become suspicious seeing as everyone is on his side. But people aren't picking up on the evidence, so I don't care now, I'm taking a risk kill me if you wish, but please, just listen. My first piece of evidence, isn't much, but it does mean a little, if you look back though the pages, Rajah hasn't been all that active here. He doesn't post much, Mafia are usually the ones who like to stay a little hidden but post when they have to. This next one is one of my main points: You know, I really don't have the time to post a long rant here, but if you vote for me, the civilians will never win. I usually keep my posts brief because I just don't have time. And you want to know WHY I didn't vote Heckboy??? Because I KNOW 100% HE IS NOT MAFIA. Oh well, you'll all feel pretty pathetic once I'm dead. There are others like this, ones that prove myself even better, but it's hard looking back though 23 pages. Mafia usually try to prove themselves as innocent, the way he says "Oh well, you'll all feel pretty pathetic once I'm dead." seems really suspicious to me. Next, he seems to know who is who all the time. BUT, seeing that they're horrible at voting (let's hope they get it right for the 2012 elections), I say that you're seeing a 30% chance of no killings tonight. Everyone is out to get you! Oh wait? that?s actually the case. Anyway, you spend every night working on your latest conspiracy theory, filling your house with information related to one player. In the morning, you take everything down (you don't want them to know that you KNOW about the space gophers!) While this heightened sense of paranoia doesn?t give you much help while alive, it will give you quite a bit of sway in death. Every night, PM me the person you are currently investigating, and your house will become postered with information about them. If you are killed during the night (by anyone) this information will be left up for the entire world to see. Your killer will not have time to take down all your work, and so it is 100% guaranteed that your theory will be broadcasted to the world. The newspapers will announce that it seems you were convinced they were the killer. Choose your theories wisely, (you can choose yourself if you want to) as your last testimony could easily result in someone?s death- and you don't want to help those nasty space gophers, do you? The Amnesiac: A decade of investigative journalism has given you a pretty clear idea about who?s telling the truth or not- but a nasty bump on the head has unfortunately removed those details from your conscious mind. Each night, you spend time thinking intently about one person, in an attempt to remember their identity. When cornered by the Mafia, you will come to a sudden realization- and both you and the Mafia will learn the true identity of that person. If the information is useful, they?ll spare your life, if it isn?t? you won?t be needing those memories anymore. Each night, you will send me a PM message telling me whose identity you are trying to figure out. If the Mafia visit that night, one of two things will happen: 1) The information you reveal to them is new (IE: they discover the role of a civilian), and they do not kill you. 2) The information you reveal to them is not new (IE: you realize that the person is a mafioso), and they will kill you. The Mafia will be unable to kill that person that night, unless they happen to be in the area (IE: if you reveal the doctors role, and the doctor tries to save you, the doctor will die. Similarly, if the Serial killer tries to kill you, and his role is revealed, he will die) The serial killer doesn?t care for such information, and will kill you before you have the chance to speak. If the Mafia visits a second night, they will kill you for knowing too much. The Sheriff: It's time to cancel robbing the Pine City Stage, because you?re the new sheriff in town! Every night, using your acute mental ability (and maybe a few shots of whiskey), you?re able to discern the role of any member of the town. During the night, you will send me a PM about a particular player, and I will tell you their role. Every detail about their role will be explained (though if you have questions, you can ask and I?ll see what I can say), so there will be no doubt about what they are trying to achieve. You will have to convince the rest of the town who is trustworthy on your own, but the information might just help keep you alive. The Serial Killer: You?ve had enough of this nonsense, you know who?s responsible and it's time to bring Justice to them. Unfortunately for you, you only have two Justice? brand bullets, so you have to pick your targets carefully. During the night, you can PM me the name of a member, and they will die before the morning. If a person is saved by the Doctor, you will just happen to find another bullet lying around, and so can attempt another murder. You can only kill two people in the entire game, so choose your targets carefully. The Doctor: Several years in Evil Medical School have given you the amazing ability to heal an individual from almost any wound. That and the word ?Doctor? in front of your name. During the night, it is your job to attempt to protect the townspeople from death. Each night, you will PM me the name of a member who you wish to save. You may attempt to save anyone (including yourself), and they will be protected from death for that night. If you attempt to protect yourself and are attacked, you will lose your doctoring skills due to botched surgery, and your name will be announced in the newspaper. Unlike in previous games, if a person has been attacked by a mob during the day, they cannot be saved. The Cop: A sheriff in training, you?ve begun to master his investigative style. You haven?t quite mastered the ability to dress like a cowboy, ride a horse, or use a spittoon? but you?re getting there. (He is a sheriff after all ) With those skills, you can determine whether or not a person is on the civilian team. Each night, send me a PM, and I will tell you whether the person is trying to help the civilians, or the mafia. Civilian: You?re a regular townsperson! Perhaps you?re an avid bowler! A baker! A candlestick maker! Come up with whatever wild fantasy you want, but I?m sorry to tell you, you didn?t luck out with the roles this time If you like, you may PM me some sort of information, and this will be involved some way in your own death (nothing naughty please). | Mafia Roles The Spy: Joruto (sort of a civilian role, read on for more info) The Don: Ontom Mafia: Tomeh999 Mafia: Trip090 The Spy: Through clever talk, and strategic moves, you have found yourself a trusted member of the Mafia. All is going according to plan, and you will make the Mafia crumble from the inside. You are treated as a Mafia members, privy to voting for who to kill, but you are really on the civilian team. You win the game by getting rid of the other Mafia members and surviving with the other civilians. This role is particularly tricky, as you have to walk a razor thin wire between both sides. If you are killed, your role will be revealed to the Mafia members, but not to the civilians. The civilians will be unable to tell whether you were a civilian or a Mafia member. As you pose a threat to the other Mafia members, they will be on the lookout for you. If the rest of them come to a consensus, they will kill you one night. This can be used against them as well; as if you can find others to believe you, you may be able thin the Mafia ranks from the inside. If you can reduce the Mafia to one member and yourself, you will leave the Mafia (as the other person will know you are a traitor). This will turn you into a regular civilian, and exclude you from Mafia voting. The Don will be actively looking for you, and if he correctly PMs me your name, he will kill you. As such, he is your biggest threat, be wary of him. Good luck and happy sneaking! Mafioso: You are a regular Mafia member, just trying to make a dishonest living. You have no extra roles except for Mafia related voting, just try and keep your Don safe, and remove the Spy! The Don: You have worked long and hard to form this Mafia, and you aren’t about to see it go down without a fight. You always walk around with a small derringer pistol in your pocket, in the case that someone needs a little “persuasion.” Now, forces threaten to bring down your organization, and you’re going to make them an offer they can’t refuse. Among your men, there is a spy, among the civilians, there is the sheriff. Both pose a threat to your long lived rule, and you have a bullet with one of their names on it. Once during the game, you can choose to PM me the name of either the Sheriff, or the Spy. If you are correct, that person will die in that night. If you are incorrect, you waste your shot. You only get one shot for the entire game, so figure out who is more of a threat to your rule. Mafia Voting: Every night you must come to a consensus as to who to vote for. A PM must then be sent to me, and I will kill that person off overnight. With voting, majority rules, so if 3 people want to vote for one person, that person will die. The night will not end until a majority is reached. Extra Voting: Gentlemen, it appears that we have a conspirator amongst us. One of us is not who they appear to be. Someone is leaking your secrets to the public, and sabotaging your every move. That’s right, gentlemen, there is a spy among us. Of the four Mafia members, there are two regular mafiosos, the Don of the Mafia, and a Spy threatening to take down your organization. The Don has a single shot, with which he can kill the spy or the sheriff by correctly PMing me their name. Obviously, this can lead to a bit of conversation amongst yourselves, as you want the Don to be able to use his extra shot (though the Spy will want him to waste it). The Spy is on the civilian side, and is attempting to kill off the other Mafia members and survive with the civilians. He is allowed to vote for the person who is to be killed by the Mafia, and is treated as a Mafia member. The situation may seem bad, however there is a solution to this problem- murder (you’re the Mafia, what can I say). If 3 of 4 members (or 2 of 3 members) PM me the identity of a Mafia member, they will kill him during the night. This means that each of the 3 conspirators must send me a PM personally, I am doing this to ensure that the spy does not put words in others mouths. This voting is in addition to regular nighttime activities, and will result in a double murder that night. However, there is great risk here, for you may end up killing off a regular Mafioso, or even accidentally bump off the Don. If there are only 2 members remaining, the spy will be leave the organization (as it’s pretty obvious who he is at that point) and become a regular civilian. If the spy is killed, his identity will be revealed to the other Mafia members, but the rest of the civilians will not know who he is.
